Green Coconut Blueberry Bliss Smoothie

I love this smoothie because it is packed full of kale which is such a rich source of nutrition, including more iron than red meat, but it doesn’t taste as potent like most other green smoothies do, especially if they have kale in them!  Instead the coconut and the blueberries make this smoothie taste absolutely blissful and it is easy on your tummy despite being super rich.  If you are struggling with sugar cravings and energy then this is the perfect smoothie for you…

The Ingredients & The Love…

  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon of maqui berry powder to sprinkle on the top (optional)
  • Freshly shredded coconut to top (optional)


Blend all ingredients and top with the maqui berry powder for a boost of antioxidants and some freshly shredded coconut and blueberries for an extra bit of foodie love…

Maqui berry is one of the richest sources of antioxidants and is excellent for the skin and nurturing youthfulness.
