The Ingredients & The Love…
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
- 1/3 cup of almond or rice milk, I use sweetened
Blend all ingredients with as little of the milk as possible to get it to blend. Scoop into a bowl and chill for as long as you can wait!
Salty Caramel Hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoon hazelnuts
- 1 tablespoon mesquite
- 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon of pink sea salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon coconut palm sugar
Place all in a blender and blitz just enough to combine but not grind it all to a powder, keep as much crunch as possible…literally, thats it, how easy!
Place your cacao mousse in a bowl and you can either create layers with the mousse and hazelnuts or just place all the salty caramel deliciousness on top…your call!
