BeUtiful Cool Greens Smoothie Bowl

Dubai is turning up the heat so I needed something to cool me down this morning and this definitely hit the spot!  It feels so good to know that you are nourishing your body with all those cooling and alkali minerals that are rich within greens and still eat something that is satisfying and filling…green juices have a tendency to feel very light and not always enough, or maybe thats just me?!

I have also packed a lot of superfoods in here as I’m not taking any supplements at the moment and felt inspired to add some extra nutrition love…but these are optional and certainly don’t avoid giving this a try if you don’t have them.

The Ingredients & The Love…photo

  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 2/3 cup pineapple
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water

Blend all of these ingredients and then scoop into a bowl.

For the topping – 

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon camu camu powder
  • 1 teaspoon cranberry powder
  • 1 tablespoon shredded dried coconut
