Blueberry Maqui Almond Chia Pot – aka – The Skinny One!

This pot is packed with three of the most powerful foods for creating lightness – blueberries, almonds and chia seeds.  Each, in their own right, have an incredible nutrient profile that supports lightness and letting go of heaviness within your body.  The Maqui powder just enhances the overall effect even further with potent antioxidants to literally eradicate all of those heavy feeling toxins and send them on their way…ah bliss!

The Ingredients & The Lovephoto 3

For the base:

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Water/Rice Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Maqui Powder

For the topping:

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1 handful Almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Maqui Powder

Blend all the ingredients for the base together in a blender, ideally use as little liquid as possible, unless you prefer a runnier texture, but remember, the chia seeds will begin thicken things up after a few minutes.  Once blended pour into your serving bowl and place in the fridge for 5 minutes.

Now you are ready for the toppings.  Simply layer the ground flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and blueberries and then dust with the maqui powder.
